Our mindfulness courses are suitable for beginners or anyone with a bit of experience in meditation or mindfulness. Courses are run in small groups with a maximum of six attendees to allow for one to one interaction and teaching. We run over eight sessions at a investment of £160 per course or £120 for unwaged / low waged / student / OAP

Our Mindfulness for wellbeing course is an excellent introduction to mindfulness. We look at areas such as stress, physical and emotional pain, dealing with change, roles and responsibilities and much more.
The course is very practical and run in very small groups to allow plenty of opportunity for sharing.
Mindfulness for insight

This course is for those who are interested in learning about the more spiritual aspects of mindfulness and gaining deeper insight into their own lives. Although it follows on well from the wellbeing course, it can also be take as a stand alone.
We have run bespoke mindfulness sessions for a variety of organisations including Womens Aid, Dounreay, The Dunbeath Centre, the UHI, the NHS, Caithness CLICs and more.
